omdex-records is an offline-first client contact register for solo practitioners. All data is stored locally in your browser and never transmitted anywhere. Set a passcode to encrypt everything with AES-256.
Use Quick Save to save to browser storage, and Save .JSON regularly for a portable encrypted backup. Browser storage can be cleared by the browser — your .JSON file is your safety net. To restore, use Load .JSON and enter your passcode.
Use Import CSV to bulk-import from a spreadsheet. Column headers must match the expected format — export a CSV first to see the exact header names. Date columns should be plain text (not Excel date format) where possible.
This app stores real client data. Always set a passcode. Lock the app when stepping away (P). Exported files contain identifiable data — handle in accordance with GDPR and your professional body guidelines. Store your passcode somewhere safe, for example in a password manager. Consider leaving access instructions with your clinical supervisor as part of your practice continuity plan.
